What this is
A free, short assessment that offers general ideas for using AI and simple automation in a small business. There is no account, no payment, and no obligation.
General information only
Results are general ideas based only on your three answers. They are not legal, financial, tax, privacy, security, or other professional advice, and they may not fit your situation. Please use your own judgment, and ask a qualified professional when you need advice for your specific business.
No guaranteed results
Examples such as "before" and "after" are illustrations of what may be possible, not promises. Results depend on your business, your tools, and how changes are put in place.
Using AI and other tools
AI tools can make mistakes, so always review what they produce before using it. Follow any privacy rules that apply to your business, and don't put customer personal or confidential information into tools that aren't approved for it. Any tools or services you choose to use are governed by their own terms. We don't endorse any specific product.
Using the assessment fairly
Please don't misuse the assessment, for example by sending automated or repeated submissions, entering personal or confidential information in the text box, or trying to interfere with how it works.
Our services
The free 15-minute call and the AI Workflow Audit are described on our main website. The scope, price, and timeline of any paid work are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Nothing in this assessment is a binding quote or agreement.
Availability
We try to keep the assessment accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable at times without notice.
Intellectual property
The assessment's text, design, and content belong to KlearFlow AI and may not be copied or reused without permission. You're welcome to keep a copy of your own results for your own use.
Limitation of liability
KlearFlow AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this assessment, from decisions made based on its results, or from third-party tools or services linked from it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the assessment means you accept the current version.
