Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the "Can AI Help Your Business?" assessment collects and how it is used. The assessment is run by KlearFlow AI. Our main website, klearflowai.ink, has its own privacy policy.
What we save
When you reach your results, we save your three multiple-choice answers, the date and time, and, if you choose "Something else" and type a short description, that text (up to 200 characters). That's all. We do not ask for or save your name, email address, phone number, or any account details, and we do not link your answers to you.
Please don't include personal details
The optional text box is meant for a few words about your business tasks. Please don't type names, contact details, or other personal or confidential information into it.
How we use it
We use the saved answers to understand the common challenges small businesses face, to improve this assessment, and to improve our services. We may share overall findings in summary form (for example, "many owners said follow-ups take up the most time"), but never individual responses.
What stays on your device
Your results are created in your browser. Copying or printing your results happens on your device and doesn't send anything to us.
Service providers
To run this assessment we use a website hosting provider, a database provider (Supabase) that stores the saved answers, and Google Fonts for the page's typefaces. When you visit, these providers may process standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit, to deliver the page, keep it secure, and fix errors, under their own privacy policies. We do not save this technical information with your answers.
Cookies and tracking
The assessment does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security.
Links to other services
If you click "Book a free 15-minute call," you'll go to our scheduling tool, Neo Bookings, which is run by a separate company under its own privacy policy. Links to our main website are covered by that site's privacy policy.
Who can see your answers
The assessment can only add new answers to our database; it cannot read them back. Only KlearFlow AI can view the saved responses. We do not sell or rent this information.
How long we keep it
We keep saved answers for as long as they're useful for improving the assessment and understanding small business needs, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your choices
Because answers aren't linked to your identity, we usually can't tell which response is yours. If you typed something in the optional text box that you'd like removed, email us with the approximate date and time and what you wrote, and we'll do our best to find and delete it.
Children
This assessment is meant for adults who run or work in a business. It is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy if the assessment changes, for example if we add new features. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date.
